Veronica Hernandez

Veronica Hernandez is a Lead Peace Educator at TKF, currently placed at Logan Memorial, where she provides universal and individualized support to students through mentoring, mediations, and restorative circles. With four years at TKF, she has helped guide students toward positive pathways, fostering growth, resilience, and a sense of belonging. Veronica is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of San Diego, further deepening her skills in supporting youth and families. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through working out and relieving stress in the kitchen with baking treats.
