Alison ALG McLeod is a passionate advocate for transformative education and community engagement at TKF. As a transracially adopted individual she brings a unique perspective to her work, fostering inclusive spaces where diverse identities and experiences are valued.
With a strong background in social justice and youth empowerment, Alison is dedicated to facilitating meaningful conversations that promote understanding and healing. She has years of experience in nonprofit leadership, program development, and facilitation, with a focus on anti-racism, inclusivity, and restorative practices. She believes in the power of storytelling and dialogue to bridge divides and inspire positive change.
At TKF, Alison plays a key role in developing and implementing programs that align with the organization’s mission to promote peace, understanding, and conflict resolution. She works closely with educators, community leaders, and youth to ensure that TKF’s initiatives continue to have a lasting impact.
When she’s not working, Alison enjoys artistic and craft projects, a reflection of her deep creativity and love for hands-on expression. She is committed to making the world a more compassionate and connected place—one conversation at a time.
