Program Manager
LynnOska Ritchie serves as the Program Manager for the Tariq Khamisa Foundation (TKF), where she supports and guides direct service staff and programs in advancing restorative, healing-centered practices across schools and communities.
With a deep passion for social-emotional learning and building resilience in children and adolescents, LynnOska brings a wealth of experience shaped by her journey as a first-generation college graduate and her early work mentoring at-risk and gang-involved youth in Los Angeles County. Over the past twenty years, she has served in multiple roles within comprehensive school systems and as Community Education Coordinator for a California Indian Tribe where she collaborated with Tribal Chairpersons and served on six committees dedicated to expanding educational access for Native American students.
Grounded in a whole-child approach, LynnOska is committed to fostering collaboration among TKF team members, school partners, and community organizations to bring about meaningful and systemic change in education. She believes in meeting young people where they are and empowering them with the life skills and self-awareness needed to reach their full potential.
Aligned with TKF’s core values of accountability, compassion, forgiveness, and peacemaking, LynnOska is dedicated to ensuring every student has equitable access to the education, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive as contributing members of society.
Outside of her professional work, LynnOska enjoys spending time with her four children and her German Shepard, exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping, traveling, watching sports, and reading. She holds a Master of Science in School Counseling, PPS Credential and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from California Baptist University.
