Building An Organization for

Peace and Equity

The Tariq Khamisa Foundation lives a culture rooted in humanity, inclusion, compassion, and healing. Our work is driven by restorative and social justice principles that celebrate diversity, uniqueness, and collaboration. We stand, with community, committed to the development of strategies and best practices to dismantle racism and ethnic oppression. TKF is committed to peace and equity at all levels of our organization and in the communities we are honored to serve.

Meet TKF Mentor Jac’Ques Morgan

a.k.a. Ranger Morgan

Jac’Ques Morgan is the TKF Mentor at Johnson Elementary. As students return to school, he supports classroom teachers by helping to ease the transition from online learning to in-person learning. He provides one-on-one mentoring, group activities, classroom support, and leads service projects to create a campus presence centered on school engagement, safety and supporting the needs of students.

Jac’Ques supports TKF’s work by staying dedicated to making a difference in the lives of youth. He strives to live a soulular life as much as possible and spread TKF’s message of forgiveness, hope and peace to his students.

“I support TKF for the simple fact that they believe in second chances and can change a person’s life in the long run.”

When Jac’Ques is not on campus he enjoys fishing, cooking, and playing sports with friends.
