We’ve Gone International!

Last month, TKF’s Directors trained its first international team of 3 facilitators with United By Love, a nonprofit based in North Macedonia. The facilitators will be incorporating our Level 3 Restorative Workshop curriculum in their summer leadership program, with high school students from North Macedonia, Albania, and Kosovo. Their mission is to foster tolerance, strengthen inter-ethnic understanding, and expand knowledge of human rights among high school students.

 

We are honored to have our message of forgiveness, hope and peace being spread across borders and to help build bridges internationally.

Restorative Workshop Curriculum – Level 1 Online Version

We have completed the design and re-formatting of our Level 1 curriculum for online facilitation of its lessons designed to support the social-emotional development of 5th and 6th graders. We are currently looking for partner schools to test the new materials starting this Fall. Please email us for more information: info@tkf.org

 

Online Restorative Workshop Facilitator Training- AVAILABLE NOW!

We recently tested an online version of TKF’s training for educators, counselors, administrative and group leaders to facilitator our Restorative Workshop curriculum. Facilitators will receive the tools and reflection opportunities needed to lead our 10 session social-emotional curriculum in Levels 1, 2, or 3. Upon completion, educators have access to the TKF facilitator manual, student workshops, and supporting materials.

Meet the characters of our upcoming animated book!

 

We have been working with a digital learning consultant from La Casa Azul Productions to design and format our Restorative Workshop curriculums for online use. To enhance the lessons of our Level 2 curriculum both online and in classrooms, they are drafting an animated book with a restorative practices lesson as the theme. We can’t wait to share this new and fun TKF teaching tool with you and the students we service.
